ANS grants special portability to customers of two operators
Beneficiaries of Atitude Saúde Assistência Médica and Ideal Saúde Assistência Ambulatorial have up to 60 days to switch plans without serving a waiting period

- CP 164. Public Consultation (CP) No. 164 aims to receive contributions on the preliminary recommendations concerning health technologies proposed internally by ANS, originating from the incorporation of technologies into the Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS (the public health system) upon recommendation of the Comissão Nacional de Incorporação de Tecnologias no SUS – CONITEC, carried out in the period from May 2, 2019 to Sep 2, 2021. These proposed updates to the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) are being presented in accordance with Art. 38 of RN No. 555 of 2022. The consultation also submits to public participation the Preliminary Report resulting from the 43rd technical meeting of the Comissão de Atualização do Rol de Procedimentos e Eventos em Saúde Suplementar – COSAÚDE, in compliance with Art. 10, § 11, item III, of Law No. 9,656/1998, as amended by Law No. 14,307 of 2022, and Art. 26 of RN No. 555 of 2022. Deadline: Dec 23, 2025.
- CP 165. Aims to receive contributions on the proposed Normative Resolution governing the transfer of portfolios of private health care plans between private health care plan operators. Deadline: Jan 23, 2026.
- CP 166. Aims to receive contributions on the preliminary recommendation of non-incorporation for the technologies covered by UATs No. 178, 179 and 182. Deadline: Dec 30, 2025.

-AP 62. Collection of contributions on the preliminary recommendation of non-incorporation for the following technologies: (i) UAT 178 – Surgical exclusion of the left atrial appendage (LAA), by means of a surgical clip, concomitant with open cardiac surgery for patients with atrial fibrillation or at high risk of stroke, as measured by the CHA2DS2-VASc score > 2; (ii) UAT 179 – Cabozantinib levomalate for patients with well-differentiated, unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic neuroendocrine tumors, previously treated with two or more therapies; and (iii) UAT 182 – Enzalutamide + Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) for the treatment of non-metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer with high-risk biochemical recurrence. Date: Dec 18, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- A Public Call for Input (TPS) is open from December 16, 2025 to January 31, 2026, intended to receive suggestions on the priority topics in supplementary health that will inform the composition of the 2026-2028 Regulatory Agenda of the Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar – ANS.

According to the document, the following were approved: Dental Klin Assistência Odontológica Ltda., with operator registration No. 42467-6 and case No. 33910.042372/2025-66; Metta Administradora de Benefícios Ltda., registered under No. 42475-7, relating to case No. 33910.060401/2025-71; and Ativus Life Administradora de Benefícios Ltda., with registration No. 42471-4 and case No. 33910.051810/2025-87.
