Decisions and analysis

1. ITEM PRESI – Ratification of the decision of the Director-President that suspended the effectiveness of ANS Internal Rules Resolution (Resolução Regimental) No. 38, of August 27, 2026, until September 15, 2026, retroactively to August 28, 2026. Process No. 33910.024041/2026-25.

Due to a formal error in the drafting of the Resolution, which deals with the structure of positions in the Sector Development Directorate (DIDES), the Director-President had temporarily suspended the effectiveness of the measure. At today’s meeting, the DICOL ratified that position. It should be stressed that the measure produces no relevant external effects for health plan operators.

3. ITEM DIFIS – REPORT on the conclusion of the term of Director Eliane Medeiros as head of the Inspection Directorate.

At the last DICOL meeting of her term, Director Eliane Medeiros reviewed her tenure as head of DIFIS, highlighting, among other points, the changes introduced by RN Nos. 483/2023, 489/2023, 623/2024, 658/2025, 656/2025, 657/2025 and 659/2025.

4. ITEM EXTRAPAUTA DIPRO – DECISION on the proposed health technology positively recommended by the National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies into the Unified Health System – CONITEC, for incorporation into the Unified Health System – SUS. Technology for incorporation into the List of Health Procedures and Events. Process: 33910.000122/2026-30.

This concerns 12 Recommendation Reports (RR 1,112, 1,113, 1,114, 1,117, 1,118, 1,119, 1,120, 1,121, 1,122, 1,123, 1,124 and 1,125) and 3 Clinical Protocols and Therapeutic Guidelines Recommendation Reports (RR-PCDT 1,050, 1,079 and 1,110), with a decision to incorporate into SUS. In light of Article 10, §10 of Law No. 9,656/98, no budgetary impact analysis was carried out, since the incorporations occur by force of legal requirement.
