ANS DECISION OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
The Board of Directors of ANS upheld the suspension of the sale of eight products of INTEGRA ASSISTÊNCIA MÉDICA S.A., which had been ordered on account of serious administrative and care-related abnormalities that, according to the Agency, compromise the continuity or quality of care. The suspension covers the products Blue Essencial I, II, III and IV and Blue Essencial +I, +II, +III and +IV.

OPERATIONAL RESOLUTION ANS No. 3,173, OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2026
ANS ordered INTEGRA ASSISTÊNCIA MÉDICA S.A., ANS registration No. 42.317-3, to carry out the transfer of its portfolio of beneficiaries within a maximum of 30 days, counted from receipt of the notice. The resolution also suspends the sale of all of the operator’s plans or products.

ANS announced the cancellation of the registrations of the following operators:
- UNIVERSAL PLANO ODONTOLÓGICO LTDA., registration No. 41.334-8, as an alternative to extrajudicial liquidation;
- CENTRAL OPERADORA DE PLANOS DE SAÚDE NORTE-NORDESTE LTDA., registration No. 41.709-2, as an alternative to extrajudicial liquidation;
- DR DIA PLANOS ODONTOLÓGICOS E SAÚDE LTDA., registration No. 42.365-3, as an alternative to extrajudicial liquidation;
- UNIVIDA USA OPERADORA EM SAÚDE S.A., registration No. 42.213-4, as a result of extrajudicial liquidation; and
ORAL GAM ASSISTÊNCIA ODONTOLÓGICA LTDA., registration No. 41.844-7, at the operator’s own request.
