PUBLIC CONSULTATION SCTIE/MS No. 75, OF AUGUST 6, 2026

THE SECRETARY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN HEALTH OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH, in the exercise of the powers conferred on her by art. 68 of Decree No. 11,798 of November 28, 2023, makes public, pursuant to item III of art. 19-R of Law No. 8,080 of September 19, 1990, and the caput of art. 19 of Decree No. 7,646 of December 21, 2011, a consultation for input from civil society regarding the recommendation of the Medicines Committee of the National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies into the Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde) – Conitec on the proposed incorporation of immunosuppressants for the treatment of rejection in patients undergoing solid organ transplantation, submitted by the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation in Health – SCTIE/MS, in the records of NUP 25000.093363/2026-59.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION ANS No. 175, OF AUGUST 7, 2026

Art. 1° A Public Consultation is hereby opened, for a period of 20 (twenty) days, from August 12 to 31, 2026, based on item III, §11, of art. 10, of Law No. 9,656/1998 and on art. 26 of RN 555/2022, for the submission of criticisms and suggestions regarding the preliminary recommendations not to incorporate the technologies contained in UAT No. 199 – Cholangioscopy, UAT No. 200 – Next-generation sequencing (NGS) panel and UAT No. 206 – Tepotinib hydrochloride.

OPERATIONAL RESOLUTION ANS No. 3,160, OF AUGUST 7, 2026

Art. 1º It is hereby determined that CEAM BRASIL – PLANOS DE SAÚDE LTDA, ANS Registration No. 31.147-2 and CNPJ No. 18.987.107/0001-30, shall carry out the transfer of its portfolio of beneficiaries within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice referred to in art. 10 of Normative Resolution (RN) No. 112 of 2005.
