The Directorate of Standards and Qualification of Operators – DIOPE, of the National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by items XXII and XXIII of Art. 4 of Law No. 9,961, of January 28, 2000, in conjunction with item II of Art. 26 of Regimental Resolution – RR No. 21, of January 26, 2022, hereby ANNOUNCES the cancellation of the registration of the private health care plan operator:
