ANS PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 171, OF APRIL 6, 2026

Art. 1° A Public Consultation is hereby opened for a period of 20 (twenty) days, from April 9 to 28, 2026, for the submission of comments and suggestions on the preliminary recommendation not to incorporate the technology covered by UAT No. 183 – Evolocumab and the preliminary recommendation to incorporate the technology covered by UAT No. 196 – Acalabrutinib combined with venetoclax.

ANS NORMATIVE RESOLUTION No. 667, OF APRIL 6, 2026

Amends Normative Resolution – RN No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which governs the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, in order to regulate the mandatory coverage of the drug Lebrikizumab, for the treatment of adult patients with severe atopic dermatitis who have an indication for systemic treatment and who show failure, intolerance or contraindication to cyclosporine, in compliance with paragraphs 4, 7 and 8 of Art. 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.

ANS NORMATIVE RESOLUTION No. 668, OF APRIL 6, 2026

Amends Normative Resolution – RN No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which governs the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, in order to regulate the mandatory coverage of the quantitative Philadelphia Chromosome diagnostic test, in accordance with Art. 38 of Normative Resolution 555/2022 and in compliance with paragraph 4 of Art. 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.

ANS NORMATIVE RESOLUTION No. 669, OF APRIL 6, 2026

Amends Normative Resolution – RN No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which governs the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, in order to regulate the mandatory coverage of the oral antineoplastic drug osimertinib mesylate, for first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumor presents exon 19 deletion mutations or exon 21 substitution (L858R) mutations of EGFR, in combination with pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy, in compliance with paragraphs 4, 7 and 8 of Art. 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.
