- CP 164. Public Consultation (CP) No. 164 aims to receive contributions on the preliminary recommendations relating to health technologies proposed internally by ANS, originating from the incorporation of technologies into the Unified Health System (SUS) on the recommendation of the National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies into SUS (CONITEC), carried out between Oct 5, 2019 and Sep 2, 2021. These proposed updates to the Rol are being presented in accordance with Art. 38 of RN No. 555, of 2022. The consultation also submits to public participation the Preliminary Report resulting from the 43rd technical meeting of the Commission for the Update of the List of Health Procedures and Events in Supplementary Health (COSAÚDE), in compliance with Art. 10, § 11, item III, of Law No. 9,656/1998, as added by Law No. 14,307, of 2022, and with Art. 26 of RN No. 555, of 2022. Deadline: Dec 23, 2025.
