ANS PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 165, OF DECEMBER 9, 2025
A Public Consultation is hereby opened, for a period of 45 (forty-five) days, from December 9, 2025 to January 23, 2026, pursuant to art. 27 of RN No. 555 of 2022, for the submission of criticisms and suggestions regarding the proposed Normative Resolution governing the transfer of portfolios of private health care plans between operators of private health care plans.

- CP 164. Public Consultation (CP) No. 164 aims to receive input on the preliminary recommendations relating to health technologies proposed internally by ANS, originating from the incorporation of technologies into the Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS) upon recommendation of the National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies in the SUS (CONITEC), carried out between May 2, 2019 and Sep 2, 2021. These proposed updates to the Rol are being presented in accordance with art. 38 of RN No. 555 of 2022. The consultation also submits to public participation the Preliminary Report resulting from the 43rd technical meeting of the Commission for the Updating of the List of Supplementary Health Procedures and Events (COSAÚDE), in compliance with art. 10, § 11, item III, of Law No. 9,656/1998, as amended by Law No. 14,307 of 2022, and art. 26 of RN No. 555 of 2022. Deadline: Dec 23, 2025.
