ORDINANCE-PRESI No. 16, OF OCTOBER 29, 2026
The ANS Internal Committee established to discuss the topic of discount cards, prepaid cards or related services, created by Ordinance PRESI No. 08 of April 28, 2026, published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU) of April 29, 2026, is extended for a further 90 (ninety) days, extendable for an equal period.
ANS OPERATIONAL RESOLUTION No. 3,180, OF OCTOBER 29, 2026
In view of the decision issued by the 5th Federal Civil Court of São Paulo in Case No. 5030748-30.2026.4.03.6100, brought by INTEGRA ASSISTENCIA MEDICA S.A., ANS registration No. 42317-3, the effects of Operational Resolution (RO) No. 3,173, of September 21, 2026, published on September 23, 2026 in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU), which ordered the transfer of the operator’s beneficiary portfolio, are partially suspended, thereby suspending the order to transfer the operator’s beneficiary portfolio, while the suspension of the sale of new products and plans remains in place, until the date of the hearing.
