Art. 1° A Public Consultation is hereby opened for a period of 20 (twenty) days, from September 9 to 28, 2026, pursuant to item III, §11, of art. 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998 and art. 26 of RN 555/2022, for the submission of criticisms and suggestions regarding the preliminary recommendations not to incorporate the technologies contained in UAT No. 205 – Implant of a device for cardiac contractility modulation and UAT No. 209 – 21-gene test for genomic expression profiling of breast tumor.
