Comprehensive Health Care Project: ANS publishes list of selected proposals
In this edition, 35 partnerships between health plan operators and health services were selected. In all, 28 operators of different sizes, types and regions of the country are participating. The group includes representatives of all types in the medical-hospital segment — self-managed plans, medical cooperatives, philanthropic entities, group medicine companies and health-specialized insurers —, as well as small, medium and large operators. Together, they account for approximately 16 million beneficiaries, equivalent to 30% of the users of private medical-hospital care plans in Brazil. The next stage consists of formalizing the participation of the selected institutions through the signing of the Terms of Commitment provided for in Annexes III and IV of the call notice, in accordance with the deadlines and guidelines set out in the call instrument.
