ANS NORMATIVE RESOLUTION No. 672, OF MAY 15, 2026. Amends Annex II of Normative Resolution (RN) No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which governs the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, to update Utilization Guideline (DUT) No. 124 of Annex II of RN No. 465/2021, relating to “IMMUNOPROPHYLACTIC THERAPY FOR RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS (RSV) WITH UTILIZATION GUIDELINE”, the drug Nirsevimab, to extend coverage to any premature children born with a gestational age < 37 weeks (up to 36 weeks and 6 days) and under 1 year of age (up to 11 months and 29 days), regardless of RSV seasonality, in compliance with Article 33 of RN No. 555/2022, Article 19T of Law No. 8,080/1990, as amended by Law No. 14,313/2022, and paragraphs 4 and 10 of Article 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.
ANS NORMATIVE RESOLUTION No. 673, OF MAY 15, 2026. Amends Normative Resolution (RN) No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which governs the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, to regulate the mandatory coverage of the oral antineoplastic drug Olaparib, as monotherapy, for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, with mutation in the BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 genes, whose disease has progressed after prior treatment with a new hormonal agent, in compliance with paragraphs 4, 7 and 8 of Article 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.
