OPERATIONAL RESOLUTION ANS No. 3,116, OF MARCH 20, 2026
Art. 1 In view of the court decision issued by the 12th Federal Civil Court of the SJBA, in case file No. 1082692-91.2025.4.01.3300, brought by the health plan operator PB Assistência Médica EU Ltda, ANS Registration No. 42.258-4, the effects of Operational Resolution (RO) No. 3,058, of September 7, 2025, published on October 9, 2025 in the Federal Official Gazette, which ordered the transfer of the operator’s beneficiary portfolio and the suspension of the sale of its plans or products, are hereby declared null and void.
