ANS PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 168, OF FEBRUARY 10, 2026
Art. 1 – A Public Consultation is hereby opened, within 7 (seven) days after the date of publication of this act, for a period of 45 (forty-five) days, to give civil society and regulated agents the opportunity to submit suggestions and contributions on the proposal to amend Normative Resolutions No. 516 and 521, both of April 29, 2022.
