ORDINANCE PRESI No. 3, OF JANUARY 27, 2026
The deadline for submitting contributions to Public Call for Input No. 6, of December 15, 2025, is extended by 27 (twenty-seven) days, counted from the end of the original deadline of Jan 31, 2026, so that its final deadline is extended to Feb 27, 2026, in order to obtain contributions for the preparation of the 2026-2028 Regulatory Agenda of the Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar – ANS.
NORMATIVE RESOLUTION ANS No. 661, OF JANUARY 27, 2026
Amends Normative Resolution – RN No. 465, of February 24, 2021, which provides for the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) within the scope of Supplementary Health, in order to regulate the mandatory coverage of the oral antineoplastic drug Momelotinib, for the treatment of intermediate- and high-risk myelofibrosis, including primary myelofibrosis, post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis or post-essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis in adults with anemia, in compliance with paragraphs 4, 7 and 8 of art. 10 of Law No. 9,656/1998.

ANS adds new cancer drug to the Rol
At its first board meeting of the year, the board of directors of the Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS) approved on Monday, Jan 26, the inclusion in the List of Health Procedures and Events (Rol) of Momelotinib, for the treatment of myelofibrosis, a rare type of cancer in which the bone marrow is gradually replaced by fibrous tissue, which disrupts normal blood production.
