Designates civil servant CARLA DE FIGUEIREDO SOARES as head of the Directorate of Standards and Qualification of Operators – DIOPE, at the National Supplementary Health Agency (Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar) – ANS, without prejudice to the duties and prerogatives of the position of Deputy Director – FCE 1.16, of the Directorate of Standards and Qualification of Products – DIPRO, which she currently holds.
