ANS PUBLIC CONSULTATION No. 170, OF MARCH 23, 2026. Art. 1° – A Public Consultation is hereby opened, within up to 7 (seven) days from the publication of this act, lasting 45 (forty-five) days, intended to receive contributions from civil society and regulated agents on the proposal to unify and update the rules for the execution of contracts between operators and health service providers, replacing Normative Resolutions No. 503, of March 30, 2022, and No. 512, of March 31, 2022.
