14th Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of 2025

ANS requests clarifications from the CFM on medical audit rule
For the Agency, coordination of institutional competences is a more appropriate measure than an isolated attempt to assert professional interests. ANS is closely monitoring the developments of this resolution and trusts that a cordial solution is possible, but, if necessary, will pursue legal means to ensure respect for its regulatory prerogative under the terms of Law 9,961/2000.
