Deputy Marcos Tavares (PDT-RJ) introduced a bill that creates the National Digital Health Plan; the Unified Digital Consumer Medical Record (Prontuário Digital Unificado do Consumidor, PDUC) and the National Supplementary Health Data Exchange System (Sistema Nacional de Intercâmbio de Dados da Saúde Suplementar, SINADS). The proposal also establishes interoperability rules and full portability among supplementary health operators. Note: bill attached.
