OPERATIONAL RESOLUTION ANS No. 3,137, OF MAY 22, 2026: Provides for the suspension of the transfer of the portfolio of UNIMED OESTE DO PARÁ COOPERATIVA DE TRABALHO MÉDICO.
Art. 1 In view of the decision issued by the 2nd Federal Civil and Criminal Court of the Judiciary Subsection of Santarém-PA in case file No. 1008496-56.2026.4.01.3902, brought by UNIMED OESTE DO PARÁ COOPERATIVA DE TRABALHO MÉDICO, ANS Registration No. 36.214-0, the effects of Operational Resolution (RO) No. 3,115, of March 13, 2026, published on March 17, 2026 in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU), which ordered the transfer of the operator’s beneficiary portfolio and the suspension of the sale of its plans or products, are suspended.
