Kajuru criticizes dispute between CFM and health plans over medical audits
Senator Jorge Kajuru (PSB-GO), in a speech on the Senate floor this Wednesday (8), addressed the conflict between the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) and health plan operators over CFM Resolution 2,448/2025, which deals with medical audits. The lawmaker noted that the rule seeks to prohibit so-called “glosa” — the refusal to pay for procedures — and pointed to direct impacts on millions of Brazilians who use supplementary health.
