DIRECTORATE OF STANDARDS AND QUALIFICATION OF OPERATORS. SUMMONS NOTICE.
The National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS, through its Directorate of Standards and Qualification of Operators – DIOPE, summons the creditors of J&L ADMINISTRADORA DE BENEFÍCIOS E SOLUÇÕES EM SAÚDE LTDA., ANS Registration No. 42.321-1, registered in the National Register of Legal Entities – CNPJ under No. 44.301.933/0001-94, to submit copies of invoices, bills or other documents evidencing any credits. In addition, ANS orders the partners and administrators of J&L ADMINISTRADORA DE BENEFÍCIOS E SOLUÇÕES EM SAÚDE LTDA. to provide clarifications about the operator. ANS also gives all other interested parties the opportunity to submit any information they deem appropriate. The information and/or documents must be sent to the General Management of Special Monitoring and Resolution Regimes-
(GGAER) through the ANS website (www.gov.br/ans) by electronic filing, within 07 (seven) days.
