TECHNICAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT ANS No. 03/2026 Case file: 33910.014715/2026-83, Grantor: AGÊNCIA NACIONAL DE SAÚDE SUPLEMENTAR – ANS; CNPJ No. 03.589.068/0001-46; Partner: SANTANDER DISTRIBUIDORA DE TÍTULOS E VALORES MOBILIÁRIOS S.A., CNPJ No. 03.502.968/0001-04. Purpose: establishment of terms of mutual cooperation, at no cost to ANS, for the distribution by the financial institution managing the fund(s) dedicated to the supplementary health sector, intended to back the technical provisions (hereinafter “guarantee assets”) of health care plan operators, including the linked guarantee assets whose movement and redemption are blocked, except with prior authorization from ANS, pursuant to art. 11 of RN No. 521, of April 29, 2022, and RN No. 516, of April 29, 2022. It is also established, pursuant to the ninth clause, that the term of this Agreement is 10 (ten) years from signature, and it may be extended for equal and successive periods with the consent of the parties.
