PERSONNEL ORDINANCE ANS No. 243, OF AUGUST 27, 2026

Art. 1 Designate, on an interim basis, civil servant CARLA DE FIGUEIREDO SOARES, SIAPE registration No. 1512417, to the functions assigned to the Director of Standards and Accreditation of Operators – DIOPE – CCE 1.17, of the National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS, without prejudice to the functions and prerogatives of the positions of Director of Management – CCE 1.17, interim, of the Management Directorate – DIGES, and of Deputy Director – FCE 1.16, of the Directorate of Standards and Accreditation of Products – DIPRO, which she currently holds.

INTERNAL RULES RESOLUTION ANS No. 38, OF AUGUST 27, 2026

Amends Annexes I and I-d of Internal Rules Resolution No. 21, of January 26, 2022, which provides for the Internal Rules of the National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS, in the part concerning the positions of the Sector Development Directorate – DIDES.

Art. 1 This Resolution amends Annexes I and I-d to Internal Rules Resolution No. 21, of 2022, which provides for the Internal Rules of the National Supplementary Health Agency, in the part concerning the Sector Development Directorate – DIDES.

Art. 2 Annex I to Internal Rules Resolution No. 21, of 2022, shall take effect in the form of the Annex to this Resolution, with the following amendments made exclusively to the table of positions of the Sector Development Directorate:

I – Abolition of the unit DIVISION OF PLANNING, INTERNAL CONTROL, RISK MANAGEMENT, INTEGRITY AND STRATEGIC PROJECTS OF DIDES – DPLAG;

II – Increase in the level of the position MANAGEMENT ADVISORY OFFICE/AGEST from FCE 1.12 to 1.13 and of the position linked to the ADVISORY OFFICE FOR STRATEGIC PROJECTS AND PARTNERSHIPS FOR SECTOR DEVELOPMENT/APEDS from FCE 1.09 to 1.13; and

III – reduction of the position of Special Advisor from FCE 2.15 to the position of Advisor at FCE 2.14.

Art. 3 The provisions below of the Annexes to Internal Rules Resolution No. 21, of January 26, 2022, are hereby repealed:

I – Item 1.1.3, of the Table of Positions of DIDES, of Annex I;

II – Item 3, of subparagraph ‘a’, of item I, of article 2, and § 4 of article 3, all of Annex I-d.

Art. 4 This Internal Rules Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
